I gave this a try for about a week and my stomach was not happy. I was bloated most days and had these weird cramps that kept coming back. Once I stopped taking it I felt better quickly. Just wasn’t a good fit for me

I just think the delivery updates could’ve been a bit clearer. Overall, not a bad experience, just room for improvement.
